Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days – $5.99
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days – $14.99
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.
  • International Shipping:
    • International Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days – $19.99
    • International Express Shipping: 3-7 business days – $39.99
    • Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or directly with the carrier.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some countries may have restrictions or prohibitions on the import of certain products. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software
    • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

  • After receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is received and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
