Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days – $5.99
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days – $14.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.
- International Shipping:
- International Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days – $19.99
- International Express Shipping: 3-7 business days – $39.99
- Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or directly with the carrier.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some countries may have restrictions or prohibitions on the import of certain products. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process

- After receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is received and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
